 Head of the Iraqi Turkmen Front, the Distinguished Erşad Salihi,

I greet you with respect.

 I became aware of the discomfort you were experiencing as ITF and which you stated regarding an unintentional incident on the web page of my Ministry about the ethnic groups in Iraq in which the Turkmen were not mentioned. We share this concern with you. We shall correct the error not only because you request us to but in order to portray the respect we have for all the ethnicities, sects and faiths which are parts of the Iraqi community and in order to reflect the reality of Iraq correctly.

We shall pursue the subject until we find out how it occurred and we shall take the necessary precautions to ensure that it does not recur.

You and I are in agreement that such mistakes cannot ignore the reality that the Turkmen are the third main element of the Iraqi nation. This reality is accepted by all those who love all the elements of Iraq and the Iraqi people.

I wish you and the Iraqi Turkmen Front more progress and well-being on the path to serving Iraq and the Iraqi people.
