Kirkuk / Aswat al-Iraq: A source at the Presidency of the Republic, on Sunday that President Jalal Talabani, a special project in governorates will be covered by Article 140 to the House of Representatives.
According to an urgent news carried by the space of Kirkuk, “President Jalal Talabani will present next week a special project on the administrative border of the provinces covered by the Constitutional Article 140.”
